شروط وأحكام الاستخدامTerms of use

«الخدمة»: برنامج AYE One السحابي لإدارة المبيعات ونقاط البيع والمخزون والمشتريات والحسابات. «نحن»: الجهة المشغّلة لخدمة AYE One. «العميل»: الشخص أو المنشأة التي أنشأت حسابًا في الخدمة. «بيانات العميل»: كل ما يُدخله العميل أو مستخدموه في الخدمة.

“Service” means AYE One, the cloud software for sales, point of sale, inventory, purchasing and accounting. “We” means the operator of AYE One. “Customer” means the person or business that created an account. “Customer Data” means everything the Customer or its users enter into the Service.

• يلتزم العميل بصحة بيانات التسجيل وتحديثها عند تغيّرها.
• العميل مسؤول عن سرية كلمات المرور وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابه وحسابات مستخدميه.
• لكل باقة حد أقصى لعدد المستخدمين والفروع والمخازن والفواتير الشهرية، وفق ما هو معروض في صفحة الأسعار.
• الحساب مخصّص لنشاط العميل التجاري، ولا يجوز مشاركته مع منشآت أخرى.

• Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for password secrecy and for all activity under your account and your users’ accounts.
• Each plan limits users, branches, warehouses and monthly invoices as shown on the pricing page.
• The account is for your own business and may not be shared with other businesses.

• مدة التجربة المجانية 14 يومًا دون الحاجة إلى بطاقة بنكية، ويلزم بعدها اشتراك مدفوع لمواصلة استخدام الخدمة.
• يتجدد الاشتراك شهريًا أو سنويًا وفق اختيار العميل، إلى أن يوقفه.
• الأسعار بالجنيه المصري، وتُضاف إليها الضرائب المقررة قانونًا وفق ما يظهر في فاتورة الاشتراك.
• في حال تعديل الأسعار نُخطر العميل قبل سريان التعديل بثلاثين يومًا على الأقل، ولا يسري التعديل على فترة اشتراك مدفوعة مسبقًا.
• قد يؤدي التأخر في السداد، بعد مهلة سماح مدتها 7 أيام، إلى إيقاف الحساب مؤقتًا دون حذف بياناته.

• The free trial lasts 14 days with no card required. A paid subscription is needed afterwards to keep using the Service.
• Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, as chosen, until you stop them.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds; taxes required by law are added as shown on the subscription invoice.
• If prices change we will notify you at least 30 days in advance; changes do not apply to a period already paid for.
• Late payment may lead, after a 7-day grace period, to temporary suspension of the account without deleting its data.

• يحق للعميل إيقاف الاشتراك في أي وقت، وتظل الخدمة متاحة حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
• لا تُسترد قيمة فترة اشتراك شهرية بدأت بالفعل. ويجوز استرداد قيمة الاشتراك السنوي إذا طُلب ذلك خلال أول 14 يومًا من سداده.

• You may stop your subscription at any time; the Service stays available until the end of the paid period.
• A monthly period that has already started is not refundable. A yearly subscription may be refunded if requested within 14 days of payment.

• بيانات العميل ملك له، ونعالجها فقط بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة.
• بيانات كل منشأة معزولة عن بيانات غيرها، ونُجري نسخًا احتياطية دورية.
• يمكن للعميل تصدير بياناته في أي وقت. وبعد انتهاء الاشتراك نحتفظ بالبيانات ثلاثين يومًا لإتاحة تصديرها، ثم يجوز حذفها.
• تقلل النسخ الاحتياطية من المخاطر لكنها لا تضمن عدم فقد البيانات مطلقًا، لذا يُستحسن أن يحتفظ العميل بنسخ تصدير دورية لبياناته المهمة.

• Customer Data belongs to the Customer. We process it only as needed to provide the Service.
• Each business’s data is isolated from others, and we take regular backups.
• You can export your data at any time. After a subscription ends we keep the data for 30 days for export, after which it may be deleted.
• Backups reduce risk but cannot guarantee that data is never lost; keep periodic exports of important data.

يُحظر استخدام الخدمة في أي نشاط مخالف للقانون، أو محاولة اختراقها أو تعطيلها أو الوصول إلى بيانات منشآت أخرى، أو رفع محتوى ضار، أو إعادة بيع الخدمة دون اتفاق مكتوب معنا. ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف ذلك.

You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, attempt to break into or disrupt it or reach other businesses’ data, upload harmful content, or resell the Service without a written agreement with us. We may suspend any account that does so.

• الخدمة أداة مساعدة، ويظل العميل مسؤولًا عن صحة بياناته المحاسبية والضريبية وعن تقديم إقراراته في مواعيدها، ويُستحسن مراجعتها مع محاسب قانوني.
• يعتمد الربط مع مصلحة الضرائب المصرية على أنظمة المصلحة وتصاريحها وعلى شهادة التوقيع الإلكتروني الخاصة بالعميل. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية رفض مستند أو تأخره أو توقف خدمات المصلحة، ولا عن بيانات ناقصة أو غير صحيحة أدخلها العميل.

• The Service is a tool. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your accounting and tax data and for filing on time; have a certified accountant review it.
• The Egyptian Tax Authority link depends on the authority’s systems, your permissions and your e-signature certificate. We are not liable for a rejected or delayed document, for authority outages, or for incomplete or incorrect data you entered.

نعمل على إبقاء الخدمة متاحة على مدار الساعة، دون أن نضمن عملها بلا انقطاع؛ فقد تتوقف للصيانة أو لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل انقطاع الإنترنت أو الاستضافة. يُقدَّم الدعم الفني عبر البريد الإلكتروني support@aye-one.com خلال أيام العمل الرسمية.

We aim to keep the Service available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation; it may stop for maintenance or for reasons outside our control such as internet or hosting outages. Support is provided by email at support@aye-one.com on business days.

في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بالخدمة قيمةَ ما سدده العميل خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الأرباح أو الفرص الفائتة أو الأضرار غير المباشرة.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect damages.

يحق للعميل إغلاق حسابه في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند الإخلال الجوهري بهذه الشروط، مع إخطار العميل بالأسباب كلما أمكن.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account for material breach of these terms, with notice of the reasons where possible.

يجوز لنا تعديل هذه الشروط، ونُخطر العملاء بالتعديلات الجوهرية قبل سريانها، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد ذلك قبولًا لها. تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام القانون المصري، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بنظر أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

We may update these terms and will notify customers of material changes before they take effect; continued use of the Service means you accept them. These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
