الجهة المشغّلة لخدمة AYE One هي المسؤولة عن معالجة بيانات حسابك. للتواصل: support@aye-one.com.

The operator of AYE One is responsible for processing your account data. Contact: support@aye-one.com.

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الهاتف، واسم المنشأة.
• بيانات النشاط التي تُدخلها: الأصناف، والعملاء، والموردون، والفواتير، والمدفوعات، والمخزون، والقيود المحاسبية. هذه البيانات ملكك، ونعالجها لصالح حسابك فقط.
• بيانات تقنية: سجلات الدخول، ونوع المتصفح، وأخطاء النظام، وذلك لحماية الخدمة ومعالجة المشكلات.
• بيانات الربط الضريبي: عند تفعيل الربط مع مصلحة الضرائب تُخزَّن بيانات الاعتماد مشفّرة.

• Account data: name, email, phone and business name.
• Business data you enter: products, customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, stock and journal entries. It is yours and processed for your account only.
• Technical data: sign-in logs, browser type and system errors, to protect the Service and fix problems.
• Tax-link data: if you enable the Tax Authority link, its credentials are stored encrypted.

نستخدم البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة، وتأمين الحسابات، وتقديم الدعم الفني، وإصدار فواتير الاشتراك، والتواصل معك بشأن حسابك. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم بيانات نشاطك لأغراض إعلانية.

To run the Service, secure accounts, provide support, bill you, and contact you about your account. We do not sell your data and do not use your business data for advertising.

يطّلع عليها مستخدمو منشأتك وفق الصلاحيات التي تحددها، ومقدمو الخدمات التقنية الذين نستعين بهم (الاستضافة السحابية وقواعد البيانات والبريد الإلكتروني) نيابةً عنا ولغرض تشغيل الخدمة فقط. وقد نُفصح عن البيانات إذا طلبتها جهة مختصة بموجب القانون.

Your team, according to the permissions you set, and technical providers we use (cloud hosting, databases and email), who process it on our behalf only to run the Service. We may disclose data if a competent authority requires it by law.

نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا، وعزلًا بين بيانات المنشآت، وصلاحيات للمستخدمين، ونسخًا احتياطية دورية. نحتفظ بالبيانات ما دام حسابك قائمًا، وبعد انتهائه طوال مدة التصدير المحددة في الشروط والأحكام، ثم تُحذف ما لم يُلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بشيء منها.

We use encrypted connections, isolation between businesses, user permissions and regular backups. We keep data while your account is active, and after it ends for the export period stated in the Terms, then delete it unless the law requires us to keep something.

وفقًا لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وطلب حذفها وسحب موافقتك بحسب الأحوال. أرسل طلبك إلى support@aye-one.com، وسنرد عليه خلال ثلاثين يومًا.

Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (No. 151 of 2020), you may access, correct and request deletion of your data and withdraw consent where applicable. Email support@aye-one.com and we will respond within 30 days.

نستخدم التخزين المحلي في المتصفح لحفظ الجلسة والتفضيلات مثل اللغة، ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية.

We use browser storage to keep your session and preferences such as language. There are no advertising cookies.

If we change this policy we will notify you of material changes and update the date at the top of the page.
